it was a very charming hotel with lot of history. It was like travelling back in time to the 70'ies. The hotel is mainly used for truck and bus drivers, which it makes the property even more charming. The personal at the reception are fun, service minded and hard workers. The hotel is very well located, close to S, U Bahn and bus. Close to the Messe Berlin. It's not quite and it's placed sideways to the highway, but the noise didn't disturbed us. Free parking is available too. The WiFi in the restaurant is always good.
They don't have WiFi in the rooms. This should be easy to install in ours century. The breakfast was tasty but boring. I was missing some dark bread, yoghurt and a coffee machine in the area. One day was a conflict situation with the coffee. Suddenly was no coffee in the breakfast and all the guests should go to the reception and ask for a cup coffee. This was very weird. No coffee in the morning!!!! We should go again at the reception to ask for a second cup of coffee after we took the first. This situation was only one day without no reason. The next day was two thermos again at the breakfast with coffee. We couldn't understand the reason to create such a discomfort for the guests. Besides that were we very happy for ours stay in the hotel
