Location is great, breakfast is very good, staff friendly except check-in case..
Reception is open through 9 pm.
We informed reception staff on late check-in and re-confirmed at flight landing that we will be later than expected. At least twice was asked about leaving the keys at reception (such option was recommended by booking service as available for the hotel). Finally, we were significant later due to customs in airport and we found that nobody answered in the hotel. Thanks to booking agent that resolved all that with providing a separate phone number to open the door automatically. Automatically, Karl!! Why it was not provided beforehand?? And then we were charged with 30 euros for late check-in.. are you kidding?? For what? It was very late and we were not in a mood to discuss it.. what was surprise next evening seeing that for another late check-ins keys were left at reception desk!! ALL - BE CAREFUL WITH LATE CHECK-IN AS RULES ARE NOT CLEAR AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL CHARGES
