This place is a fairytale! We experienced the best hospitality in this hotel! The receptionist Larisa is very friendly and responsive! She helped us to move in very early, get a room at the first floor (we've been after a door procedure, so it was a decisive factor). She brought us clean water for tea for free. She brought some delicious food to our room. We were impressed by her!
The room is super spacious with a view in the garden with fur trees. Super warm, super clean. Super soft and comfy beds, a spacious bathroom with a huge sink and a nice light mirror 🪞.
We'll come back here again soon!
Also thanks for the fast and free transfer to the airport (just 10 minutes to SVO airport). The driver Ilya is a friendly man!
