I have paid booking in advance for Superior Double room with view. Unfortunately, administrator checked me IN in a Standard room which is twice cheaper in price and it’s located at -1 level. No view or whatsoever. Even when I told that’s not what I paid for, administrator purposely refused to change my room. And lied to Ostrovok team that they upgraded me on the next day once they knew I have complained. Nobody from HomeHotel team even tried to contact me. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are okay with dishonesty of administration. Also note, this isn’t a hotel. Those are rooms that are located at -1 and at the ground floor level at a regular Russian house building. Another comment, no welcome gesture like small bottle of water would be awaiting you. Lol. And even if you say heating system isn’t working.. Administrator will not do anything. And no daily cleaning.

Удобное расположение, тихо, есть небольшая кухонька, где можно приготовить еду самим. При заселении был запах странный , похожий на испорченный кошачий корм…сказали что-то кто готовит еду, но он не выветривался очень долго, в туалете воняет постоянно канализацией, во второй день не было вечером горячей воды…Полотенца грязные в каких-то пятнах, благо взяла с собой свое полотенце. Был только шампунь , Геля для душа не положили.
