This is the second time I have stayed at this property - the location speaks for itself, great connections. The property is what you expect from a Best Western Hotel - clean and comfortable. Parking is secure and 22GBP per day / night.
I made some administrational errors on my booking and both Best Western and Booking.com were exceptionally helpful sorting it out and getting all in order - I was very pleased to be supported in how they did.
I have to say a big shout out to Ali on the front desk, who offered exceptional customer service resolving the issues (my fault) and providing a very welcome stay throughout. Customer service is not a trait you get all so often even in such industries that revolve around customers! But this was an exceptional level of service delivered by Ali. I would definitely use this property again!
