The location is amazing, close to Paddington station and. Hyde Park. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. People complaining about the room size forget they are in London and are expecting the 4 seasons on a budget price. It is a budget hotel and offers budget services. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff.

Staff helpful, especially Cristina. The heating in bathroom of 302 was very powerful, but I advise to repair its regulation, because it was not possible to switch it off.
