First and foremost, the location is excellent for events at the Apollo as well as exploring the neighbourhood; Brook Green to the north of Hammersmith tube station was nice park to just sit and ponder. The room was a good size, with a little sofa seat and small moveable table; the bathroom was spotless. Staff were pleasant and helpful; luggage storage was easily available. The breakfast selection appeared to be good, but we didn't partake. Just around the front corner of the hotel is a great food shop, Istanbul Oragnic, which carried all sorts of dry and fresh foods; there's also a Pret-A-Manger about a five-minute walk, on the way to Hammersmith station. (Pret was our go-to for breakfast whilst in London.)
