The highlights of the stay were the location and the staff. Every staff member was cheerful, helpful and polite. Nothing we asked of them was too much for them. Our room was on the third floor, so involved climbing three floors from the reception. But a young man carried up our bags for us, with a smile on his face and impeccable manners. The reception staff were also glad to provide helpful information at any time. And the staff in the restaurant made the breakfasts very enjoyable. The young man remembered our preferences, and promptly brought us two teapots of hot water for our tea each day. So they did everything they could to make our 7-day stay pleasant, and that was much appreciated by us and made all the difference.
