This was the longest leg of our stay. The staff was kind, polite and helpful, as expected in Japan. Though the rooms seems a little dated/old, everything was clean and in working order. We only asked for the room to be serviced once and they did a good job.
Location wise, this was a perfect location where it was close enough to all the action yet just far out enough to avoid hordes of tourists. It was also just 2 blocks from the red line subway station, which is convenient for people traveling by subway.
Overall, if I was back in the area, I wouldn't mind staying here again.
