Otel' Antico Acquedotto — всё о проживании в Риме

Not far from the metro station if you know the way. The staff was very nice. The district itself looks rather unsafe in the evening. Few people, mostly Afro-Americans. Locals either get frightened if u ask them the way or have no idea about this hotel or its address at all. The shower is right beside the pan and the sink. So, when you use it EVERYTHING gets wet. A very noisy place. Thin blanket.

Such a great hotel for these reasons: right next to a tram station that takes you to Termini Station in less than half an hour; staff is super nice and speaks English; room was so clean (except for a couple fingerprints on the walls right by the bed lol), I stayed for two nights and they made my bed and then replenished my towels and soap even though I hadn't even used the towels and had barely used the soap. I am a solo traveler and I've had my fair share of experiences in hostels in Rome, but from now on I am only staying at this hotel because of the privacy, safety, security, private bathroom, and it was cheaper than a lot of hostels! Hostels are a thing of the past. This hotel gave me shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels. Some hostels didn't provide any of that nor a locker and I had to share a bathroom and a room with at least 4 other people. I highly recommend this hotel. Yes, it is a bit further from the direct center of Rome, but it is right by the tram station and getting your own room at such a great price is worth it! Dirty handprint on the wall. Walls were kind of thin, so I could hear some noise from other rooms.
