Otel' Hotel Rio Gardens Aparthotel — комфортный отель в Айя-Напа

The design was nice and the room was clean and for the breakfast there were set options to avoid waste. I was very disappointed with the service, we were there for one night, on arrival we had no toilet paper, when we left for the evening I kindly requested for it to be rectified, we came back and nothing and there was no receptionist on our return so I couldn't ask again. In the morning I requested toilet paper before we went to breakfast explained the situation only to find that this had not been put right, bear in mind we were checking out shortly after, I had to be assertive to get something pretty basic. The first apology I received was from the chamber maid, then as we were leaving, the receptionist attempted an apology. The place was partly refurbished but there were lots of holes and unfinished renovations all around. The breakfast was poor, the English breakfast had tinned mushrooms (you don't expect for 100 euros a night) and bacon swimming in oil. Also there was no hot water in the shower. To my mind these are incredibly basic.

Грязь в номере, отсутствие уборки (наблюдали со стороны случайно, как персонал выполнял мероприятия уборки), а главное отсутствие желания у персонала следить за порядком и чистотой, абсолютно некомпетентные администраторы на ресепшене, отсутствие смены постельного белья, отсутствие мыла, отсутствие сейфа в номере, смена полотенец через день.
