The location is excellent: Very close to the underground station, a short walk to Kensington Gardens and the entrance has a secure door. The unit was clean but very basic.

The location was perfect! This was our first trip to London and I was unsure of what location to stay but this was great! It is very close to the underground which we used frequently as well as a bus stop which I did not use. Although the apartment is small, we had so much more space than a hotel room which made it more comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is small but we were able to have breakfast and several dinners here which saved us money. After reading reviews of the apartments, I was worried about construction across the street and the water pressure. The shower was great. No issues with the water pressure and the apartment was surprisingly quiet. We did not hear any construction noises or other guests. I will definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend to others!
