Great location, walking distance to Victoria Station (about 25 minutes). There is a grocery store across the street which was very convenient, as well as a Pret and a few restaurants. This studio flat was comfortable in the summer, equipped with an AirCon unit. We (two people) stayed here for several days while in London. The kitchen is small but has all the necessities (aside from food, coffee, etc. of course - but the grocery store is so close). Bathroom was fine and normal, sitting area and bed was good. TV can rotate to accommodate for the living room or bed which was nice. This is a great stay if you are here for several days and would like to experience living in a flat in London! Neighborhood felt safe as well, and is in a location that requires key access for all flat owners. While the apartment and apartment complex is not new, you will not feel like you are living in the 20th century.
