Comfy, clean, close to station and shops. Had a washing machine, heating, towel rails and nice living area with functional kitchen. As a family we spent 7 nights in this apartment and there is nothing negative to say.

I had the most wonderful experience at this flat! It is incredibly spacious (especially for London standards) and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and beds, great showers, lots of storage space and a lovely patio. It was very clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is also a big plus, only a short walk from Clapham North metro station and with good restaurants, pubs and shops around. Communication with the City Relay team was very easy - Melissa was quick to arrange a late checkout on short notice, and Akim from the Customer Experience Team was very kind and ensured everything went smoothly. Thoroughly recommend!
