Everything was nice, the room was perfectly equipped (ok you could have another spoon and fork and not only three but!! No big deal) and it was completely central, it was clean and cosy. Plus, the communication before we arrived was efficient and we knew exactly where to come. It is a perfect spot to stay for some days in London, you can walk almost everywhere, the major attractions, and you are in the middle of underground stations and bus ones. All in all a lovely experience and I would stay again.
