Very spacious and lots of bedrooms, which suited our 8 person group well. Plenty of facilities such as pots, pans, plates, cutlery (etc.) and some cleaning supplies. The host was very responsive and I got a message not even 10 minutes after booking (same day of the stay) explaining how to access the property. We had another B&B cancel on us and this was a last minute booking, so this was extremely convenient and the host was very lovely about it on the phone! As a bonus, we were staying for comic con & the Excel was only ~20 minutes away so extremely convenient for any cosplayers who are looking to save on travel

it was good value for the money. not a 5 star hotel however good location, helpful host and overall a good experience.
