Great communication with the host, they got back to us almost instantly. VERY clean apartment and so quiet, which was perfect at night. We loved the location, so close to the metro and river sidewalk for great morning runs

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent and right by the tube and shops, but is set back a little from the main roads so it's quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge and the apartment has everything you need for your stay. They provided tea and coffee and basic cooking ingredients, toiletries and lovely towels. I was really impressed with the quality of the apartment, and the host communication was fantastic. They were really prompt and helpful on the chat. The price is also really reasonable for the area, this massive, beautiful 2 bed apartment was less than half the price of a very basic hotel room in the area. I would happily stay there again it is probably the best accommodation I have ever found on Booking.com. The wifi was outrageously fast also!
