For a 3 day stay, another roll of toilet tissue would be nice, and a better supply of hot water for showers would be nice!

The place is a student hall and so it is adequate for students visiting/living there, it was OK for a few days at the most in London as it is very well located. It was clean, the people working there aimed to please and despite difficulty in being unsure about finding the place at first everything was fine. It is not the height of luxury but adequate and well managed. The kitchen in the room was good the bathroom too, the beds are not the most comfortable but they are clean and, once again adequate.
