We booked this flat because it was close to our daughter’s new home. It was just a short walking distance to her place. Battersea Park is very close and we walked there most days during our stay. Shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. Buses and train stations were close. Neighborhood was quiet. Best part for us was no stairs!

Excellent location, great space with good amenities (washer, kitchen). 10 minute walk to Battersea tube station with plenty of convenient amenities nearby (grocers, coffee shops, etc.).
