(1) Excellent location near the lively Oxford Street.
(2)Very close to train stations.
(3) No noise despite the proximity to the Oxford Street.
(4) Two full and one half bathrooms so excellent for a family stay.
(5) a very good size kitchen with a beautiful island.
(6) Staff was responsive on the phone and chats.
(7) in addition to a washer there is a dryer as well which I haven’t seen in many other places I stayed in Europe.
