The highlight was the incredibly responsive and helpful hosts! We had a few issues come up, and we got responses to our messages on Booking within 15 minutes every time, even on the weekend. The employee sent to fix the issues was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, no more than 30 minutes on the tube to anything we wanted to see. And we really appreciated the ability to make a few meals for ourselves.

Terrific location, close to the Tube, bus routes, three grocery shops, and Hyde Park. Amazingly quiet for central London! Having kitchen facilities was helpful, and being able to wash clothes was a huge help. Flat was very clean on arrival. We would stay here again.
