Fantastic room for a long and affordable stay in Pattaya! Huge room, with desk and couch. Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff were really friendly and addressed all issues I encountered during my long stay. Door for stairs leading to room can be accessed by walking in between building and neighboring restaurant, negating the need to walk through the bottom-floor bar. 7-11, gym, laundry and currency exchange within 1-2 blocks of the building. TV had solid cable package with movies, sports and news. Loud music plays virtually every night until 5 or 6 am. At first, I had trouble sleeping because of it; however, after a week it didn't bother me at all. In fact, there were a couple nights all the bars were closed because alcohol sales were prohibited for the night and I had trouble sleeping because it was so quiet haha
