Basic accomodation for singles or 2 travellers with great location, for stays without a car, close to Negresco area, shops and beach promenade just outside or a 2minute walk. Internet worked well. Washing mashine a plus. Fridge and freezer (but I never cooked). Personal handover of keys and simple checkout.

The place is very well located, it's a 20 minutes walk from the train station. The neighbourhood is also very lively and feels safe. The host and the mother have been very kind. The host was easily reachable and has been very helpful to me. I actually had another booking which got cancelled because the other host was not responding. This one was an emergency option and she responded very quickly and had the place ready in a rather short time. Her mother was very kind to be at the flat to welcome us and give us the keys. We slept pretty well there, the bed was very comfortable and the place is well equipped with many facilities which will make ideal to spend more than a few days. We walked to all the places in Nice from there, it was very accessible!
