Great location near Opera Garnier, major Auber metro stops, cafes and grocery store near by. Tucked into a quiet courtyard in a beautiful building.

The apartment was in a good location (next to stores, Monoprix, restaurants, cultural sites) and functional. Even though the neighborhood can be busy during the day, it was not noisy at all. The apartment was facing a courtyard. It was also very modern and clean. The staff of the property was more than helpful and responsive. Questions and inquiries were answered promptly and professionally. Next time, I go to Paris, I will definitely book the same apartment. I just want to add that I usually do not write reviews but I had to write one for this place because I highly recommend it.
