The location is excellent, with two metro stations nearby, and it's a maximum 20-30 minute ride to every must-see place in Paris. The host, Daniel, was very welcoming and responded promptly to all my questions before and during my stay. I received many good recommendations on what to see and where to eat. They welcomed me with a bottle of prosecco and some breakfast items in the fridge, including jam, butter, water, and orange juice.
