A clean and great looking apartment. It had important utilities such as ironing board, washing machine, cooking equipment. The location however is not so ideal if you don't have some form of transport it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the seafront and it's pretty much all uphill to get to the apartment. However there is a bus stop practically outside the apartment with the last stop being around 10pm. Lots of cooking utensils, Air con, a very sleek and modern looking apartment it's very pretty. Had a very clean, nice and easy access to the pool.

Beautiful studio apartment with fantastic panoramic sea view, with the airport in the distance. Well equipped, clean presented, very quiet location in garden setting. Very clear entry and exit instructions. Efficient bus service with bus stop close to the apartment get to/from Nice center or airport in around 30-45min. The 7 day bus/metro pass from Lignes d/Azur for 15 euro appeared to be fantastic value.
