Perfect location. All the amenities of home. Public transportation right in front of the building. Phenomenal view from balcony. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Nice. Don’t wait book it!

I forgot to contact the hosts to tell them our arrival time, so we had to go to the city center to get our keys from a lockbox. My fault -- the host would have met us at the property had I not forgotten. The apartment was excellent with a great view of the beach and the ocean. Washer and dryer in the upstairs bath was nice to have, but meant that the only WC was downstairs. The tram was right outside the door, along with grocers, bakers, and coffee shops. Very easy to walk the promenade along the beach all the way to the center (if you're a good walker)
