Great hospitality! (I believe his name was) Elise met us outside to give us the keys with a thorough explanation of how to get in and all the keys/codes, tour of the entire apartment and amenities, and gave a few recommendations. He even checked in with us halfway through our stay to ask how things were going which we really appreciated. We were a group of 6 and had a very comfortable stay - everything was very clean and we LOVED the bedding and access to a washer/dryer. Location was great, walking distance to lots of great food spots, cafes, bars, and very close to a subway station which easily brought us to all the major sightseeing spots. We loved our stay and thank you Elise!
