The location of this property was superb. It is just a few blocks from the Jean-Medicin tram stop, which takes you to and from the airport. It is also an easy 10-minute stroll through the fabulous shops of the Carre d'Or to the "Times Square" of Nice, Place Massena, with its amazing Christmas fair. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglaise, the beach, and the Promenade du Paillon, a beautiful greenway and park. You don't need a car in Nice. It has an excellent bus, tram, and train system that you can take advantage of, with links to the other great areas of the Riviera.
