Location, Proximity to International food, transport to city and overseas. Getting in and out of the city was a breeze, relatively quiet. 2 mins from best food joints on trip advisor and many international food restaurants and supermarkets. Travel to the centre was at the doorstep. Extremely convenient and clean property with everything one needs.
