The apartment was located in a calm and nice area, which was at the same time close to the public transportation. It is a few minutes of walking to get to the Place de la Nation with lots of amazing bars and restaurants.

Overall, we had a positive experience staying at these apartments. The location is excellent, with the apartment itself being very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Of course, there were a few nuances, but those were minor. For the price, you can't find better apartments. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a small living room connected to the kitchen. This apartment was perfectly sufficient for four people. The location of the hotel or apartments is great. A metro station is within walking distance, making it quick and easy to reach the very center of Paris. I'll say it again, the price-quality ratio is top-notch.
